Questions before upgrading

Do I need Premium to run a tournament?
No. ATOM Free includes the complete core tournament path, including registration, divisions, team generation, brackets, Discord match spaces, advancement, and results. Premium is for communities that want ranked progression, recurring operations, more capacity, and customization.
How do trials and complimentary access work?
Check ATOM Subscriptions or the applicable offer for eligibility, duration, included features, and activation requirements. A no-payment trial or complimentary entitlement does not require a payment method or create a paid subscription unless the offer expressly states otherwise and you separately accept recurring billing. When it ends, access normally returns to the plan or other entitlement then active for your server.
Can verification be used without MMR?
Yes. Premium verification can operate independently from Rank Management. You can review player applications without assigning ratings, or use verification and MMR together for a controlled ranked program.
What happens if the server returns to Free?
Premium-only features become restricted unless another qualifying entitlement remains active. Retained settings can be used again when Premium access resumes, subject to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Who owns and manages the subscription?
The account that completes checkout is responsible for the purchase and manages billing through the payment platform identified on its receipt. For Discord purchases, use the purchasing Discord account. Other eligible administrators can use the server’s Premium features.
How do promotions work?
BGL may offer trials, discounts, credits, extensions, gifts, referral benefits, or complimentary access. Each offer has its own eligibility, duration, included features, and redemption conditions. Paid promotions and any recurring price are confirmed at checkout; the current standard plan is USD 19.99 per server every month. BGL may approve extensions or exceptions in its discretion.
How do I cancel?
Use the subscription-management controls of the payment platform identified at purchase or on your receipt. For Discord purchases, use Discord’s subscription or Premium App controls. Unless the platform or law states otherwise, Premium normally remains active through the current paid period. Removing ATOM or leaving the server may not cancel billing.
Are refunds available?
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable offer, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, the payment platform’s current policy, and applicable law. Submit transaction refund requests to the platform identified on your receipt. Where authorized, BGL may approve a discretionary refund or offer a service credit or access extension.
